Manghi took on the role of general and construction manager for the Bolzanova project. This project comprises the complete reconstruction of a historical building and the construction of a new, adjacent office building in Bolzanova street in Prague 1, close to the main train station. The project will be completed by end of year 2016 and will include 22 apartments, 24 parking spaces, retail and office space – in total over 3000m2.
